Great location. Easy communication (thorough discussion in advance, digital contract, quick assistance), the apartment has everything you might need (including kitchen and grocery stores nearby). Internet is Fast!
Just minor things like not enough hooks in the bathroom, and maybe the bed is a bit too short for a 1.85m (6'1") person. The street is not the most quiet one, but not crazy crowded either. Wifi in the kitchen was not working great (I guess too many walls), but was fine everywhere else (and it's blasting fast, like 500mbit/sec down and up via fiber)

We received a lovely warm welcome and everything was explained in detail. The property was well equipped and owners made sure we knew how to get hold of them etc.
Most of the windows go to a dark internal court yard so it can be rather dark in the flat.
