Perfect location, spotlessly clean and the terrace was perfect in the sun with a glass of wine

Stairs, the property has 3 flights of stairs and the last one is very steep to the room. If you have suitcases it is a hard climb. Only stay here if you are travelling light .

The hosts were great! The apartment hadn't been cleaned when we had arrived by cleaning staff. But the hosts got it sorted immediately and gave us a bottle of wine as an apology so they went out of their way to apologise. They provided us with alot of information on where to eat and places to visit along with alot of other helpful information. The apartment was near mercato central. I would highly recommend this apartment

The neighboring water pump is quite loud when it goes off and woke us up from our sleep a few times when neighbors were using it.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice sunny little terrace. Clean bathroom. Communication with owners very good.

The Wi-Fi was very poor. Owners worked hard to successfully resolve the issue. The air con wasn’t working. The owners tried hard to fix the issue remotely and offered to come the next day to try to sort it but the weather wasn’t too hot and it did seem to work intermittently. I would recommend this is properly resolved before other guests are needing the air con when the temperatures are much hotter. Unbearable otherwise. The other issue was the noise of a water pump every time water was used in the apartment or a neighbouring apartment. Every time a tap was used, a toilet flushed, a shower or washing machine operated this noise that sounded like you were in a lift shaft was heard and lasted for the duration of the water usage. Not only usage in this apartment remember but pump noise as a result of water usage in the neighbouring one. The noise was very disturbing during the daytime but even more so at night as the neighbours were using a lot of water between 11 pm and 2 am. The pump was directly behind the bed in the apartment. This also needs to be resolved. A small sofa would be appreciated in the living/kitchen area. We have rented several properties in Florence previously and dozens of properties all over Italy and across Europe and haven’t any significant issues at all. Certainly never to this level of comment given.
