lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta, mieszkanie urocze, urządzone z dbałością o szczegóły, właścicielka bardzo pomocna.
trzeba lepiej zorganizować proces odbierania kluczy. Do samego mieszkania klucze czekały w zakodowanej skrzynce, ale do kamienicy nie można się było dostać, trzeba było dzwonić do właścicielki i czekać na wpuszczenie.

It’s a beautiful apartment with everything thought about to make your stay a good one. Lovely layout and clean.
Everything was rather virtual. I was sent a link to check in with our passports requiring to be uploaded. This was not something I would have wanted and not chosen had I known. It was too late finding out when I did!
It is 3+ floors up. Great if you are into your cardio. It was ok for us but something to think about when booking as no lifts. Again this should be made clear in their ad on booking.com.
They have a lovely bed but could do with some better pillows. I found these quite hard.

It was a lovely apartment with a washing machine and all of the amenities that we needed for our stay in Florence. The hosts went way beyond what we expected to offer information on local restaurants and museums. I would highly recommend this apartment.
The only downside was it didn't have an elevator, so pack lightly or work on your arm strength while you carry your luggage.
