We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily give it a 10/10! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful with everything. We were able to communicate with him through WhatsApp even before our flight, and he was always responsive and ready to help whenever we had questions. He also gave us great recommendations for good local restaurants. What we appreciated most was his kindness in allowing us to stay for a few extra hours because our flight to Amsterdam was later in the evening. This made our travel day so much easier and stress-free. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of from beginning to end. Thank you so much for making our stay in Florence so special! We would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Property manager was very responsive and helpful. My daughter was studying abroad and stayed for over four weeks. I felt she was safe and if she had any problems, she could ask the property manager.
The AC could’ve been a little cooler, but it was a heat wave.
