I always like a coffee machine in my room and the Comfort room provided this. The staff are hugely welcoming, cheery and helpful. This is why I returned.
A small thing but whenI stayed the first time in the standard room I found the pillows high and uncomfortable but those in the Comfort room seemed much better this stay. I like low pillows and this is why it's good maybe to offer guests one low and one high in rooms.

Artistic walls, really really cool! Great work from all the artists.
Breakfast was also really really great to be fair. It’s not huge, but at least for me, it had all my top choices, which is good coffee, eggs, bacon, good bread, including fresh OJ machine, wow!!
Very happy with the bedroom as well, the bed was very comfortable with a nice topper, they had the room a bit chilly, but it should be like that, we slept great!
Very happy with the property. Of course, it’s 3 star, you get a bottle of water, shampoo and that’s it. No amenities, no coffee machine, but for us was fine, we don’t need that stuff.

Tram stop right in front of the hotel in a nice area, clean room with comfy bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
