Great value fo money! Great hospitality!

We stayed there for 4 nights. Our overall experience was positive. 24 hour reception. They asked us if we wanted daily room cleaning, they gave us a very nice room on the 4th floor with a view of the main road in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, with nice aesthetics and functional. The bed was very comfortable and big. Lots of channels on the TV (French, German and English channels). The breakfast was rich with good quality products. During breakfast time, You can ask for a paper cup for coffee to go.

We liked everything that was provided. Some suggestions if I may: A bottle of water is provided in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee as well. A safe and a mini fridge would be useful too. Finally, the vending machine would be great if it stayed open all day so that everyone could have access to coffee, tea or hot chocolate until late.

Great, quiet, excellent breakfast

Pretty nice hotel in a more quiet part of the city. Takes about 20 mins to the city and 50 mins to the airport with public transit. Hotel personell was friendly and super helpful.

Fun hotel cartoon thematic

Lovely breakfast area with outdoor access. Nice choice of things to eat. Very friendly 24-hour services. Plus, I needed to get to the airport by 05:00, and there is a free public bus that leaves about 200 metres away. The hotel's cartoon art is fun and historical.

Some extensive road works are going on in Carouge, so check routes to get there.

Service from some of the staff members was impeccable, I think his name was Jeffrey. He went above and beyond to make sure small issues with the room were solved, and followed up to see if problems were resolved. Breakfast was amazing, free public transport was great, and the Carouge area is very nice and gives a small town feel where we felt right at home.

breakfast was very good. Selection was excellent. Hotel location is good, close to tram line and also close to airport bus stand. Staff was friendly.

Very good

My third stay at this place, located in Carouge, you can easily reach downtown by tram (the tram station is just in the front of the hotel, line 12 and 18, stoppint at Bel Air). Our room was again clean and spacious for an Ibis. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has a really good value/price ratio in Geneva, especially that a nice breakfast is included.

Maybe more hangers and/or storage places would be nice for a longer stay

Everything is beautiful: modern rooms, new furniture and modern design. Breakfast is very tasty. The hotel is next to the tram station Rondeau, so it’s easy to find, and Carouge is a beautiful zone of Geneve. All staff is wonderful. Congratulations! I highly recommend.

Très chic

The differently styled floors and rooms. I liked the breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful in recommending attractions. I also loved the public transport card which I received for the entire stay. The hotel is right by a tram and bus stop so access to the city and attractions was easy. There is also an convenience store opposite the hotel.

It didn't have a kettle, safe or mini fridge.

Modern cartoon-themed hotel, perfectly placed to visit Geneva.

Modern, cartoon-themed hotel just on the edge of the Carouge district. Tram stop immediately outside hotel . Modern decor, friendly staff, help yourself continental breakfast. Bar and light snacks available, plus café and outside area. Great hotel if travelling with children.

Only that our room was a little hot. Turned air conditioning down, but seemed to automatically revert to 23 5 degrees!

Every at this hotel was to a very high standard and I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like I would say maybe add a couple more things to the dinner menu but other than that it was lovely.
