Located in the middle of the island near the airport, this villa is like a report, the grass is well kept by the caretakers as well as the animals. There are peacocks, parrots, small birds, chickens, cats, and even a fluffy dog! It is located away from any city and the road leading to the location is unpaved so travellers will need a car or quad bike to get to it. Most tourists should get a car or quad bike if they want to travel the island so this was no big issue for us. Staff attending to the garden and animals were very friendly, he even gave us some eggs from the chickens.

The house is beautiful, well maintained and very clean, with spacious rooms. The shared garden is lovely and carefully kept. The location is convenient, just a few kilometers from Adamantas and Zefiria, although a car is necessary. The access road is unpaved but in excellent condition and easily passable with any car. Free Wi-Fi (not clearly stated in the listing) and parking available outside the courtyard. Daily cleaning with frequent change of bed linen and towels. Complete welcome kits (personal care products, slippers, etc.), kettle, American coffee machine, electric hotplate, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, and air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the living room. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and even offered us fresh eggs from his hens.

There is no private dining table inside the apartment: the only available table is on the patio and shared with the upstairs guests, which reduces privacy and makes it impossible to work on a computer due to the lack of power outlets. The sofa is not a real sofa bed and is uncomfortable. There is no washing machine: laundry has to be done at a laundromat. Some vintage decorative items (such as a typewriter, sewing machine, and restored farming tools) take up space that could be useful for luggage or food storage. The house is perfect for those looking for accommodation similar to a hotel, well maintained and comfortable for sleeping and relaxing, but less suitable for those who want to use it as a holiday home to cook and eat inside. In any case these points should be seen as suggestions for improvement that could make the stay even more comfortable, and they did not compromise the overall quality of our holiday.
