Giourgas Provatas Boat House Milos Island

Really incredible experience and everything we imagined it to be. Nothing like waking up on a beach every morning and going to sleep with the waves crashing every night. The host was so kind and helpful and proactive, with great recommendations, many times before even having to ask. We wish to come back someday, as soon as possible!!

It's a bit of a busy beach, and the house is in front of a beautiful tree with lots of shade. People tend to want to enjoy the shade, so you just have to save yourself a spot in the sand in front, and make sure people know there are people actually staying there in the house so they don't use the porch or the steps. It is a huge advantage though, to have a spot in the shade right in front of the house that you can basically reserve for yourselves with towels and rocks and chairs, so this doesn't detract much as long as you are friendly and enjoy the company of other travelers, and ok with sharing a beautiful beach :)
