Right next door to the Edgewater Resort is Philigra House, a two bedroom family home ideal for the budget conscious.
The home is light filled and roomy, with a great yard for the kids. A three minute walk down the drive will get you to a beautiful west coast beach, and all the sunsets you should ever need. There's also a kid friendly restaurant (Spaghetti House) about 20 metres away. Everything is handy, buses, car hire... the beach.
Philigra House is ideal for a small family on a budget, visiting the island for specials events at the Edgewater next door or just to escape the real world.

Eddie the host was lovely house in awesome location has everything U need apart from aircon ceiling fans safed the day though..bit of a major ant problem but not just at house everywhere on island..loved my stay would deffs come back

We spent 8 days here. It’s an amazing place tucked in behind a Edgewater so we were able to use the restaurant, bar and beach there. The house is fully self contained and has everything we needed. Thank you Eddie and whanau. We felt very welcome and comfortable

A perfect location for me, as the wider group I was travelling with were staying at The Edgewater. I loved having space of my own, and really appreciated the sheltered outdoor area with the mountain vista. This property has everyrhing you need for a chill stay
