Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал , который отвечает очень быстро . Хорошее местоположение .Все необходимое рядом . Цена вне сезон очень адекватная . В квартире было все необходимое , полотенца , чистая свежая постель , посуда , оливковое масло , соль , сахар , кофе .

Рекомендация заменить или хорошо очистить душевую систему , впечатление , что ее давно не мыли . В номере без проветривания в течении нескольких часов появляется сильный запах канализации , возможно освежитель воздуха или ароматизатор спасет ситуацию . Скатерть на столе вся подраная и липкая , рекомендую ее заменить . Также не было туалетной бумаги совсем . Это все не категорично , но исправив это , вы будете получать найлучшие отзывы.

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur d’Ortigia, à proximité d’un parking et de toutes les commodités. La terrasse est un vrai atout : parfaite pour profiter des petits déjeuners et repas au soleil dans une cour calme et pleine de charme. L’hôte a partagé d’excellentes recommandations, notamment de très bons restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement !

Emplacement super dans le centre historique d'Ortigia. On peut faire tout à pied.

The apparemment is located in the center of Ortigia, walking distance to everything, yet not on a noisy street. The kitchen is fully equipped, meaning appliances and some basics like coffee and sugar for breakfast, as well as some juices. The bed was big and comfortable, and the space is nicely decorated. Finally, the staff from Ortigia Holidays was very kind and helpful, responding immediately to any message and offering to keep our luggage after checkout.

I hate to write negative reviews but sadly the apparemment was absolutely disgusting upon our arrival. The cleaning obviously consisted only of clean (?) sheets and towels because the amount of dust we found on the floor was shocking. We spent the first night, after arriving at 1am, cleaning everything and sweeping the floors. The appartment smelled like mold and we were thinking even to find another place to stay. I immediately sent a message to Ortigia Holidays and they apologized and sent someone to clean up the next day. Also, the common hallway (wich I know is not only their responsibility) needs to be cleaned and well maintained, the véranda outside wasn't used at all it felt very abandoned, dirty and messy. I think because of anonymity between the managing company and the cleaning company , no inspection is carried out at the accommodation, so if the cleanup wasn't done correct noone would know. This is very important to do, since the apparemment if it wasn't for the cleanliness would have got at least a 9/10 from us!
