From checking in to leaving was very easy. This place was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and near several places we enjoyed going. The beach did have a large waterfront with chairs for first come first serve use and tents that were available to rent. Parking was easy and the space was covered.

The unit is very clean with all the amenities, good location, everything is close to you, the kitchen is equipped with everything. We love that place, it's the fifth time we've been there and we will continue visiting them.

Our recent visit in May/June 2024 was the second time we've stayed in V39. They've recently remodeled both bathrooms and updated flooring throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms. It's very nice overall and close to the pool. Being in a tropical environment, certain pests are expected. We saw a cockroach at one point and it appeared that there was termite feces in the cabinets that kept coming back even after cleaning. The front desk couldn't identify it and wouldn't move us to another unit or have an exterminator come in while we were there. Hopefully they were able to fix the infestation after we left.
