We have stayed at the Island House every year since 1983 and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Happy to see so many of the units being upgraded and this one was no exception! Very clean and nicely appointed. Couldn’t think of one negative thing to say about V-28. I will say that there wasn’t a lot of customer friendly vibes coming from behind the counter in the office! Almost felt like we were interrupting their day when we picked up the keys! And the only other feedback I would have is that the pool is uncomfortably hot! It was hot in April when we were down and it was too hot to even get in when we were there at the end of May. I’m not sure what changed with that because we have been visiting for many years.

Over the last 40 years we have stayed in almost every unit on this property, but this was a pleasant surprise this year! Villa 28 was very nice and quite comfortable! Heading back in a few weeks and staying in this exact same unit again!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We have stayed in several different villas over the years and I would have to say villa 28 was definitely the nicest we have had. Everything was beautiful and so accommodating. The only thing I will mention, is the master bedroom stayed very hot despite keeping blinds shut and door open and the air down. We ended up shutting the vents in the other bedroom and that did make the master bedroom cool off more. Just thought I would mention it. But overall it was an AMAZING stay and we can’t wait to return.
