A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional accommodations. The villa offers a large living area, a dedicated dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and granite countertops. Step out onto the private lanai to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
For your comfort and entertainment, the unit includes three large flat-screen TVs as well as central heating and air conditioning.

The owner put a lot of thought and effort into the remodel after the storms. THe master bathroom was extended and completely updated.THe kitchen has everything you need. the appliances are top of the line.THe owner created a perfect living space.

When we arrived, the fan in the bathroom was missing. When it was put back the maintenance man left a mess. The fan shot out dust the entire week. The toilets would not flush completely. The house is dated except for the kitchen. The access to the beach is second to none and that made up for the short comings of the rental.
