The best place to stay in Budva

It was the best stay in Budva, we loved our apartment! There was everything we needed: microwave, oven, washing machine, comfortable beds. The district is very quiet. Also the staff was so friendly and helped with everything! Special thanks to Mirena, who prepared breakfast for us every day! It was sooo tasty with a lot of choice! And she even presented a big bag of sweets on our last day. We will have a lot of sweet memories about this place 😍😍😍

We liked everything. The only recommendation is to add more shelves in the bathroom 🙏

Fantastic accommodation and loved the breakfast!

Breakfast was incredible. Very clean, new and comfortable accommodation. Good location with about a 15 minute walk to the old town with restaurants. Owners were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local beaches and places to eat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Small amount of noise from bar/cafe close by but this is hardly surprising for the overall area and did not distract from wonderful stay.

Incredibly delicious and varied breakfasts! The apartment had everything you need, a kitchen, stove, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine. large boiler, hot water was always. There is a huge supermarket next to the hotel. You need to walk about 15 minutes to the city center.

Family Vacation

I couldn’t compliment enough the host and the apartment. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which is perfect size for our little family. Quiet, safe area. Transport is easy. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping and everything you might need. Room was clean and tidy, we had even little mountain view balcony and we really enjoyed. Breakfast was generous. Lots of options, veggies and fruits quality outstanding. They even bake home made bakerys every morning. Hot crossant, delicious cookies, selection of cheese and juices. Everything was so good! We are definitely come back to the Peace 2. I recommend everyone especially for family who are looking for clean, safe apartment. We went to the different beaches and local organic shops. Overall, we love Budva. Thank you very much for everything.

Very nice and New Apartment, with private parking. Fresh white towels every day and nicely prepared breakfast. Dragan was very helpful and always available. Top, very recommendable!

The apartment is better than the photos, the staff , Dragan , is so kind and understanding. The breakfast is exceptional , very tasty and fresh. The rooms get cleaned every day , sheets changed, towels changed and cleaning lady is so kind. Private parking in the property, RF code door which is very safe. The place also is covid safe because it is so clean and disinfected. The room comes with a little kitchen which has basic stuff on it and actually nothing more is needed. 100 meter away is a hypermarket where you can buy anything you want . The beach is not that far because it is also enjoyable having a little walk everyday. Old town is near, mogren beach is near, clubs are near, slovenska plaza is near, ambulance is near . Dragan and his team are the best .

Comfortable, clan and quiet accommodation, adequate facilities, very good, tasty breakfast. It is very convenient to have a reserved secured parking place. I have to point out very kind, helpful and polite staff including the owners of the property.

Maybe that is not so close to the centre of the old city but it can be an individual observation. You will need approximately 15 min walking to the centre but from the other hand you will stay in the quite neighborhood in crowded city which can be an additional bonus.

Modern and comfortable apartment

Modern and stylish apartment, everything seems really new or renovated. We were able to walk everyday to Budva Old Town and to the beaches (15 mins walking to Slovenska Beach, 20 Mins to Old Town or 25-30 mins to Mogren beach - which we don't recommend) . The apartment is located right next to a small but well stocked supermarket and the Sport Cafe REA wich is great for dinner or breakfast (get the huge "House Sandwich") or just afternoon coffee. Communication with Andric (the owner) was very good via WhatsApp. We also loved the "regional welcome snacks" he provided on arrival: a plate of local cheese, ham and wine. Would stay again here if visiting Budva in the future.

There was a bit of confusion when picking up the keys since Andric was waiting for a message from us but we didn't have any mobile internet /WhatsApp and the entrance is not signposted in any way. But fortunately there's the Sports Cafe right next door, where we got WiFi and Andric picked us up shortly after we let him know we have arrived.

Хороший вариант для непродолжительной остановки в Будве для путешествующих на авто

Отличная большая квартира, для семьи из 3-4 человек (спальня с кроватью king size) и спальня с 2 отдельными кроватями. Большая костюмная с кухонным уголком с холодильником и посудой. Мебель и ремонт новые. Довольно мало мемта для хранения (если жить долго). Паркинг в подземном гараже - удобно. Включен завтрак (что редкость для апартаментов) - там довольно разнообразно и вкусно. Приятный хозяин, хозяйка, которая готовит завтраки. Все доброжелательны и быстро реагируют. Рядом довольно большой супермаркет.

Единственный минус апартов - не очень близкое расположение относительно моря/старого города. Мы «купились» на анонс в 12 минут, но идти реально полчаса, причем обратно в горку (ребенку было тяжело). Ну тут уж никак не исправить местонахождение дома, просто надо иметь это в виду.

Bardzo uprzejmi, profesjonalni właściciele oraz obsługa. Po anulacji rezerwacji przez inny obiekt i kłopotach z tym związanych, właściciel wykazał się wielką troską i chęcią pomocy pomimo szczytu zesonu. Pokój udostępnił nam już z samego rana i był to jego pomysł, gdyż wiedział w jakiej sytuacji się znaleźliśmy. Pierwsza noc spędzona na plaży była miła, jednakże warunki zastane w tym obiekcie, profesjonalna i życzliwa postawa personelu oraz bardzo dobre śniadania szybko dodały nam otuchy iwprowadziły nas we wspaniały wakacyjny klimat. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy :-)

Hałas w budynku.Codziennie od 5 rano bieganie, tąpanie,przestawianie mebli (takie odgłosy miały miejsce każdego poranka) u sąsiadów piętro wyżej.W nocy hałas na ulicy, głównie dochodzący z pobliskiej restauracji oraz notorycznie jeżdżących po ulicy motocyklistów.Nie można było spać przy otwartym oknie.Co do czystości w mieszkaniu duże zastrzeżenia.Gąbka i ścierka do mycia naczyń mocno zużyte i aż strach pomyśleć ilu lokatorom wcześniej służyły.Każdorazowy zakup nowej to niewielki koszt, prawie żaden.W mikrofalówce przed naszym przyjazdem nikt nie posprzątał, co widać na dołączonych zdjęciach.Spłuczka w łazience brudna, a czystość pod prysznicem pozostawia wiele do życzenia.Pani sprzątająca (po uprzedniej prośbie o uzupełnienie papieru toaletowego) zabierając śmieci z kosza, pomijała te które leżały obok.Taka sytuacja miała miejsce każdorazowo. Zapach przyrządzanego dwa piętra niżej śniadania był intensywnie odczuwalny w mieszkaniu, szczególnie w sypialnii oraz łazience.Najwyraźniej problem z wentylacją. Gdy na dworze zrobiło chłodniej otrzymaliśmy grubsze kołdry lecz bez dodatkowego kompletu pościeli.Zapewne mieliśmy zdjąć z tych cieńszych i ubrać.Okno w salonie zepsute, nie dało się go uchylić. WiFi w obiekcie na baaaardzo slabym poziomie, przechodząc do sypialni czy łazienki notorycznie brak zasięgu.Problem zgłoszony Panu właścicielowi (managerowi) lecz nie został rozwiązany. Zdjęcia w ofercie nie oddają rzeczywistego wyglądu mieszkania.
