Room with a Great View of Parthenon

Easily access with taxi or metro from the airport Very close to everything most places walking distance Not to mention the view from room EXCELLENT, Cosy room that has all the facilities you might need Loved it will Definetely visit again and already recommended it to friends

The building entrance where the elevator could use a major renovation first impression a bit disappointing until you get to the 5th floor 😉 and as a suggestion it would be better to put a larger sign outside marking Elite Ermou Suites

A great night in Athens!

Beautiful view of the Parthenon, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, excellent location, responsive host when problem arose.

Only problem was our code to enter the building didn't work on the morning we were to leave. We had gone for breakfast only to be locked out. Fortunately, another guest let us in, and the host got the problem fixed immediately upon hearing about it. Oh, and there was a lot of street noise (it was a Friday night), but it didn't keep us up.

Very central location.

A lot of security codes to get in. Very loud at night until 4:30 am. Our room was a little misleading from the pictures. All in all for 2nights it was fine.

Close enough to walk to the Acropolis. Very clean and roomy.

Great location, nicely renovated room despite how old the building was.

Unfortunately the excessive noise all night long is the price you need to pay for staying in such a nice and convenient central location. The windows and materials or the renovated apartment though could be better in order to isolate the outside sounds. Long story short, really nice room (amazing view) but we had to sleep with earplugs.

Great location in Athens to explore the city, whether you've a first timer or have been before.

The hotel was right in the heart of town and many activities. The property was close to the metro, and walking distance to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, and the Monasteraki. Our room had an amazing view looking out at the Acropolis and Parthenon.

It was a little tricky initially trying to locate the property.

Outstanding location. One of the most vibrant areas of Athens. Multiple attractions within walking distance. Close access to the metro. Room had partial view of the Acropolis.

Little hard to locate on Ermou. If it hadn’t been for the outstanding directions from host, would have been difficult. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The location is good

The facility was bad, the shower spray is broken as well as the towel hanger…. It affected that we can’t have the bath in the night and nobody from the hotel will help us to fix it. Hopefully our friend lived in another room and we used her bathroom. This the first time I commented bad for a hotel. This hotel really failed us!

The view was as promised, I am glad it was only for one night

I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews. The shower was grimy moldy, the shower head holder was broken and just didn’t feel clean to use. The windows didn’t do much to keep the noise out. It was loud all night. The entry felt unsafe, a lot of strange characters hanging about. The entry to the building also smelt like sewerage the whole time. Obviously not the fault of the property owner but still some feedback to the building manager.

Disappointing return visit because of lack of service

Position and views excellent

Difficult to access the property with email with door code arriving about our arrival time before we had access to email. Notifications the night before is essential. Unexpectedly the room was not going to be serviced during our 3 night stay and after a request to a staff member on day one the room was serviced day two but nothing on the next day. Previous visit we had much better service from staff who were present daily. We only saw someone once during our visit.

Heatwave in Athens and AC broken. We’ve been promised a full refund and followed the process as instructed via booking.com. Since over a month no customer service and no follow up, huge scam. Couldn’t sleep for two nights in overheated noisy room.

Room was fabulous. View was amazing. Bed & shower were quite good.

It was actually very stressful. I couldn’t get Wi-Fi connection, so it took us a long time after a day of travel to get into room. It’s ridiculous that no one is on site, and no one answers the phone for assistance.

Good location to main sites. Room was clean and adequate. Sketchy building with no AC.

The location was good to reach all of the main sites by foot. The room was decent and clean and you could see the acropolis.

The building isn’t clearly marked besides a small sign on the wall and it is located in an alley. The building is old and dirty and the way up to the room is sketchy. No one is there “after hours” and our AC didn’t work at all…the response was that they couldn’t help us but we could go to the end of the hall and steal a fan from the common area. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and felt very safe with codes etc to get through doors. Beautiful view of the Acropolis which was amazing . Even though it is in a busy area the room was quiet. Would stay again

Stunning view from the room did it all!!!

The stunning view!!! Also location was perfectly close to everything, shops and supermarkets around. They also let you use laundry machines during the office hour (10-15) for free which was so convenient. Bed was comfortable as well.

The shower room was outdated and the TV is so old that Youtube connection very slow! But those are minor things and still so worth staying here.

Central but quite noisy

The location is great with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. The roof terrace is lovely and has some nice views. You can only see the acropolis from a certain location so its not quite unobstructed but its fine. Keep in mind that being so central you will have to drag your suitcase along cobble streets for a while as no car will be able to get there.

The room was super small for 2 people. We were there only one night so it was fine but longer than that would have been tricky. To get up to the room you need to get up and down a very narrow spiral staircase, which with suitcases is super tricky and dangerous (especially going down) Noise! There is a rooftop paar a couple houses down and the music was blaring until 2am in the morning and the room is not insulated properly so you need earplugs! There is also some church bells but they did not disturb at all but the rooftop bar close by is a nuisance so if you are a light sleeper this is not for you! Finding the property was a bit tricky as its right at a restaurant and finding the person to let us in was difficult too and we had to ask around the restaurants which was very awkward.

Great location near a metro stop in The Plaka. Bedroom tucked back in the apartment away from the street noise.

It was challenging to find the place, and to find all the keypads needed to get in. If you are tired, jet lagged, etc this doesn't help.
