Built in THE location, overlooking a quiet beach, Villa Vasiliki offers everything one can ask for: 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, airconditioning, a bathroom, outside shower, outside bed, Wi-Fi, easy access to the beach, a stunning night sky full of stars and much, much more. Breakfast is delivered every morning. We were really sad to leave that magic place!
communication with the host was difficult at first as they did not speak good English, but Google translate helped to make it work. Villa is far from all restaurants and the town, scooters or a car are needed to get around.

nice house directly located in the sea. amazing view. very calm. very clean.
pickup from the port to the house and back. friendly owner.
might be more cozy. seemed a little unfinished. missing lamps (just bulbs). some hooks/boats in the bathroom to place your stuff would be great, slightly too empty for our taste. however all in all nice!
however, we felt a little disturbed by the cleaning person that appeared suddenly and spent about 45 mins during our breakfast, even though there was no need for cleaning during our 4 days stay. should ne announced in advance. A little too expensive for what you get. in total we hab a very nice stay on Lipsi. you definitely need a Scooter/car.
there was no breakfast provided at all, even though it says including breakfast here.
