Villa Çimentepe by Çimentepe Residence Deluxe

The location was great, close to Yalikavak Marina, lots of local restaurants about a ten minute near the sea front, a good supermarket 5 minute walking distance. The host was amazing! He would respond promptly and attend within minutes with anything we needed. He provided us with loads of new towels, disposable cups we asked for and helped us blow up our floats for the pool! He was so helpful and polite!he was also very helpful with recommendations. couldn’t have done more for us!

The roller blinds in the room are very noisy and some rooms didn’t have working blinds but a minor issue as we weren’t there too much. A funny sewage smell every so often in the bathrooms. The host came to see to this and was very helpful. Not a complaint just some feedback.

Этого хозяина знает и уважает весь город))) Проект виллы определенно уникален и очень удобен. И первый, и второй этажи имеют свои преимущества. Комфортное кондиционирование, современная кухня и пространства для любых погодных условий. Бассейн идеально чист, газон подстрижен, а лимоны с дерева - самые вкусные в мире. До моря 5 минут. Магазин также в пешей доступности. Пляж на море предоставляет уникальную возможность купаться на любых глубинах в идеально чистой воде - есть пространство защищенное от волн, так и в открытом море.

Замечаний нет. Любые запросы удовлетворялись буквально моментально.

Amazing villa with perfect view and convenient location near Yalikavak Marina. Perfect for a big group since it has 4 bedrooms with single and separate beds. And the staff is super helpful and nice, they assisted us in making transfers and we’re always disposable to our requests.

We enjoyed an excellent week meeting up with family at this lovely property. The property and location were very good. The house provided a lot of space and many options for relaxing and enjoying the exterior of the home.

We dd have some problems with a water leak in the laundry however when we called the owner a Technician was sent immediately.
