My stay was very relaxing also thanks to the property, whose design and space added more value!

The villa is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. You have everything you need to have a great family vacation.

The location is not ideal. You are still at 15/20 min drive from Marina Yalikavak and 25+ minutes away for old town Marina and more than 1 hour away from the airport. Transportation will cost you quite a lot of money.

The host was amazing and always available whenever we needed assistance. The villa looks just like the pictures, and the rooms are spacious, each with its own en-suite bathroom. I also appreciated the towels and slippers that were provided.

However, I’m not sure if the villa is newly built or has been around for a while, as there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the property, with some finishes looking quite worn and not well maintained. The biggest downside was the location. There is very little nearby, and getting a taxi is difficult. Drivers often charge up to four times the normal fare just to come and pick you up because of how far out the villa is. If you plan on using taxis regularly, I would recommend staying somewhere more central. Another issue was that only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom for the entire stay. We had to buy our own, which was inconvenient given that the nearest shops are not within easy walking distance. The villa also had a musty smell throughout. I’m not sure whether this was due to the property itself or the surrounding area. Speaking of the area, it feels like a construction zone, with ongoing building work and very few neighbouring houses.
