Sailing Villa Kefalonia

This is a beautiful, exceptionally well maintained villa that has the most beautiful pool and outdoor space. The villa is spacious and has everything you may need for your stay. The owner is super helpful and suggested plenty of restaurants and beaches. He insisted on changing the towels etc.

Nothing You do need a car to get to the beaches and restaurants.

We liked the villa a lot! It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The private pool and the barbecue area complement the whole experience and make it perfect for any vacation. Two of the bedrooms are with large beds and the other is with two single beds. There is also a private parking, so you don’t have to worry about it at all. The host is very hospitable and easy to communicate with. There are very nice beaches near by around 15-20 min. by car. There’re supermarkets around 5-10 mins away also two mini markets at the village in case you have forgotten anything.

We had high expectations for the villa from the photos, but they were totally exceeded. The house is absolutely lovely, with incredible views across the mountains to the sea. The place is spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a fabulous pool and lots of areas to relax both in and out of the sun. There are a couple of nice tavernas locally, and the beach is a 10 minute drive or pleasant 30 minute walk. The host, Panagis, was responsive and very friendly. He knew we were arriving late on our first evening, and so left us a welcome pack including wine and bread. When I asked if we could have a late checkout if the villa was free, he also accommodated our request free of charge. On the whole, I highly recommend this villa to anyone and will look forward to returning in future.

You only have access to the first floor not the ground floor which is locked off! This wasn’t made clear until arrival - I expected to have the entire villa So it was basically a penthouse apartment Small bedrooms and basic bathrooms You must have a car - only 1 “restaurant” called happiness within walking distance Lots of unfinished building work around the property
