Black Mountain Villas

We enjoyed staying at the villa which is recently constructed. We liked in particular the silence, the closness to the beach, the outdoor part with a private garden and the siwimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality staineless steel pots (no PFAS used). I would recommed this place to a friend.

To małe it a perfect stay, I would add a mosquito net in the upper bedeoom to permit fresh air circulation at night which would allow switching off air condition at night.

Absolutely beautiful modern stylish villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was so helpful and attentive with everything. Villa is in a lovely position - about a 15 min walk to bars and restaurants and a walk down to gorgeous beach(steep walk). We will definitely stay again.

We stayed in villa K1 for a week (family of 4 with 2 kids, 5 and 8). The villa complex was recently built by the owner, Andreas. It's very nicely landscaped and has great outdoor lighting which greeted us on our arrival on the first night. Our villa was very thoughtfully designed to a high specification. The kitchen was well equipped, and we used the Webber gas bbq every day. The double rooms each had an en suite shower and toilet, and the beds were very comfy. Andreas reached out to me on WhatsApp shortly after booking. He came to say hello on our first morning was very quick to respond and to come and resolve any issues we had. The private pool was fantastic, and Kanali beach, a short walk down the hill was wonderful and unspoilt. We had the beach to ourselves on a few occasions. The water is shallow for a decent distance from the shore so it's good for kids, but you need proper footwear the walk down which is a bit steep and uneven in places with thick vegetation in parts. The villa is a 5-10 min walk from some mini markets and restaurants in Vlachata, and a 5 min drive from Lourdata for a beach with amenities, tavernas etc. Argostoli and the airport are both about 15-20 mins away.
