Not a 4 star hotel at all. Needs better housekeeping

Horrible Experience. Won't Recommend -

Good thing about hotel is the Location. It is situated in middle of Mansarovar and Vaishali Nagar. Which is good. Food taste was good.

WORST SERVICE EVER ..!! 90% of the staff is unprofessional and arrogant. They wont even listen to you at first time. The Housekeeping service is Horrible. We had to call 5 times for a towel. They denied to provide extra towel. We had to call reception then. We had to wait for 6 hours to change our bed which was a damaged bed. The pool was dirty. We had to call multiple times for hair dryer and tea cattle. If you are paying almost 5k for 2 days then you would expect better service. There are many options in jaipur at this price point. I will not visit this Hotel again in my life -

The entire staff that served us (fnb, housekeeping, front office) made our trip memorable.

Excellent price range for the hotel and services provided. All the staff is amicable yet professional. Special thanks to Mr. Surendra (front office) for helping us and going an extra mile to fulfil our requests.
