King's Arms staff are among the most hospitable you would wish to meet anywhere.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. A week or so prior to our visit The King's Arms had suffered storm damage and the staff were having to cope with the necessary disruption of a repair programme.

Loved the place. A little gem away from all the hustle and bustle. Our room was right across from a very old church and an ancient graveyard. The church bell is still ringing every hour the whole time. It was cozy and clean. The dinner in the pub was delicious, it was fish Friday. Even met a few locals. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, fruit etc. The village of Paul, although very close to the seaside village of Mousehole, is lovely and quiet. Plenty to explore. There is a quiet garden and labyrinth just beside the parking lot which is very interesting and has fabulous views of the sea.

Rooms had lovely decor, staff very helpful and the breakfast was the best one we had. Very happy with the stay.

Beautiful historic old pub full of character. Food was lovely.
The restaurant/pub area was very cold. They need some more heating to make it comfortable. One staff member was quite blunt and not helpful and it appeared that it was an inconvenience to answer a basic question. Other staff were great. Tiny bathroom to the point that as a 60kg person I struggled to get in and out of the shower. I really don’t think a larger person would be able to.
