About this house rental
Amazingly PRIVATE, TRANQUIL & MODERN three bedroom home situated on the Norman Golf Course overlooking the lake and Greg Norman course fairway. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa during the sunny days and then have a relaxing evening while grilling dinner on the built-in barbeque. The house is equipped with Sonos inside and out, allowing for your choice of music simply through an app on your phone. Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and each bedroom has its own large flat screen TV. The luxurious master suite has a king bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a king bed in one of the guest rooms and a queen bed in the second guest room. Please note security cameras are located on the exterior and garage of property. For rentals during the months of November through March, if guests wish to have the pool heated, an additional daily charge of $60/day will be added. If using the hot tub only, no additional heating charges will be incurred.

This house was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub worked well. We would stay here again.

House is located overlooking Greg Norman 16th hole. Ideal place to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the desert. Hot tub and pool worked out well for us. Would stay again

This home was absolutely gorgeous and was in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic view.The house was fully stocked and the owners anticipated everything one might need.
John and Kerre were so prompt to respond to a few questions that we had. We felt that they were very committed to making our stay a memorable one. I can not say enough about them or their beautiful home. I hope to be able to go back again.
