Who is this about two three blocks from the beach cliffs. And then you have the garden backyard. My wife didn't ever want to leave the place to be honest. It's such a beautiful Serene environment they made. Whenever if we found something wrong it was promptly repaired. The owners and serve very quickly and they're just amazing animal lovers. We tried to say longer but it just didn't work out because of course the place is always rented by their regulars. FIK give a better score I would. Thanks, Deb and Zach

We chose The Balboa as our destination to escape the peak of the Rocky Mountain winter. We feel we made a very good choice. We really enjoyed the comfort and spacious feel of the apartment, the garden patio, the location and the welcoming spirit displayed by our host. We hope to be able to visit again in the future. Overall good stay. Needed a place close our jobsite and this place was perfect. only negative was the parking. the spot dedicated for us was either used by construction workers or someone else. parking wasnt the greatest.

My in laws come to California every winter, and this was one of the best stays to date. The place is fantastic. You’d want to live there forever every day, that’s how good it is.
