PRIME LOCATION. The location of our condominium can't be beat. Its location allows visitors access to world-class everything—world class beaches, golf, dining, walking trails, Dana Point Harbor, and world class hotels. The unit is located on the very south end of the Niguel Beach Terrace condominium complex which provides for a great deal of privacy. The complex is adjacent to numerous walking trails which access cliff vistas, beaches, harbors, and the town center of Dana Point. The condo feels very private as it looks out to a number of garden areas, rather than into other units in the complex or to the parking lot. Enjoy this newly renovated, luxuriously decorated space, complete with two quiet beautiful garden patios. The complex comes complete with a heated pool and spa, and is a short distance to one of the most beautiful parks and walking areas in Southern California. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, overlooking the famous Dana Strands and Salt Creek Beaches, shared with two world class hotels--the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis. Because of the close proximity to the beaches and Dana Point Harbor, this is a walker and photographer's paradise!
NEWLY APPOINTED UNIT: Recently completely refurbished and updated, our condo is fully decked out for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a family would need for comfort. The two private bedrooms include one large master suite which opens up to a beautiful garden patio, one of the most generous patios in the entire complex. The second bedroom has two twin beds and opens up to a patio surrounded by a small succulent garden. The floor plan is continuous throughout--from any room one can move from bedroom to patio to living room to dining room and kitchen with ease.
THE AREA: This is a convenient starting point for many of Southern California's tourist attractions and activities. Walk to the newly opened nature trails over the Headlands, with sitting areas and view points out over the ocean. Stroll down one of the many paths to the beach below. Enjoy a day of golf or take in a spa treatment at the Ritz Carlton or St. Regis hotels, both within half a mile away. Just to the south is Dana Point Harbor with sailing, fishing, whale-watching, restaurants, shops, home to the historic tall ship “The Pilgrim”, the Ocean Institute and adjacent tide pools. Further south are the cities of San Clemente with an excellent pier, Historic Mission San Juan Capistrano, and San Diego with its famous Sea World , Wild Animal Park and the San Diego Zoo (about 1-hour drive).
A short drive to the north is Laguna Beach (5-6 miles), famous for its beautiful beaches and coves, art galleries, and the Pageant of the Masters summer productions. Travel a little further up the coast to Newport Beach (10-12 miles), home to world-class shopping at Fashion Island, and the Balboa Pier. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is within a 45-minute drive north.

We love this place! Our 3rd stay in this lovely condo, will be back next year. Great location so quiet, peaceful and very close to everything, beaches, shopping, restaurants. Corrine & Carey great hosts respond quickly and very helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to next year!

We just love staying at Corrine and Carey’s Garden retreat. Their place is always very clean and in a great location. Corrine and Carey are very friendly and respond quickly to any of our needs. We’ll be back next year!

The condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable and great communication with the owners. Definitely recommend and will book again when we have a rental need in Dana Point.

Had a great time!. Our second time staying in this lovely condo. The location is perfect, like being in a tropical paradise, with views from windows and both patios, quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed daily walks along the strand with great views of the ocean and sunsets. Walking distance to restaurants and just a short drive to many other restaurants and attractions. Condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Corrine and Carey are excellent hosts. We look forward to returning next year!
