Stonecliff offers the peaceful tranquility that you are looking for on San Juan Island. Enjoy the beautiful San Juan Channel water views from nearly every room of this spacious custom home. The detailed river rock fireplace complements the comfortable living room complete with a Smart TV for streaming service and a sofa sleeper for those needing the extra space. There is also a small, finished area underneath the house with an elliptical machine for guests wanting to keep up on their workout routines. Enjoy preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen that looks out to the dining room with seating for 8 as well as catching a glimpse of the passing ferry while cooking and visiting with family and friends. This home is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker.

The primary suite has beautiful views out to the water as well as access out to the deck. The room is furnished with a king size bed and has a spacious primary bath with dual sinks, a corner soaking tub and an oversized tiled shower.

The two upstairs bedrooms are both furnished with king sized beds and have open, vaulted ceilings. One bedroom offers breathtaking water views and a private balcony. The second bedroom is nicely appointed and offers direct access to the upstairs full bathroom complete with dual sinks and oversized tub/shower with tiled surround. There is a sleeper sofa located in the main living room.

Relax on the wonderful waterside deck or in the hot tub which is readily available March 15th - January 2nd (hot tub can be turned back on for off season rentals at a fee of $100). In addition to the waterfront ambiance, feel free to walk the 15 acres of property with trails for you to explore some of the island's unique landscape. The owners have also designed a one-of-a-kind scavenger style “Critter Hunt” – a great activity to explore the property.

Another one-of-a-kind aspect of this property is Fran’s Teahouse. The stand-alone studio is tastefully finished with bamboo flooring and is furnished with a cozy futon perfect for meditation, reading, or private and relaxed conversation. -The Teahouse is not a sleeping area.

This amazing and private property provides guests with the feeling of seclusion yet is less than 5 miles from downtown Friday Harbor! Approximately a 10-minute drive to Friday Harbor, or a 10–15-minute drive North to Roche Harbor.

This property has space for 4 vehicles total. No more than 4 vehicles are permitted per reservation.

This house has good cell phone reception.

Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to county burn ban and safety of property and neighboring areas. Ban is usually lifted October 1st if/when conditions and weather are favorable.

This home has Air Conditioning in the downstairs of the home ONLY. The upstairs bedrooms do not have Air Conditioning. A few open windows is enough to cool down the upstairs of the home.

Hot Tub is serviced professionally every Thursday.

*Seasonal hot tub is available March through December. It can be turned back on in January and February for a $100 fee. Please contact our office to schedule.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

*This home is located at the end of a long dirt/gravel driveway with occasional potholes.

Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay.
