About this apartment rental

E1902 is a fully furnished two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to six guests with it's spacious 1050 sq. feet floor plan.
The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa has a pull out Queen size sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The dining area includes a table that seats four and a bar area that seats two. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one Full size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is tile flooring throughout the condo, a washer/dryer, and the balcony is furnished with a outdoor loveseat, chair, and coffee table. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.

The condo location was great, we loved being able to just walk out to the beach. The restaurant in the building was handy as well. The condo itself is definitely in need of a refresh, as far as deep cleaning an a few updated things. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would suggest better cleaning and updating for the price of the condo.

We enjoyed the location and were able to stay out of the hustle and bustle of PCB. Beach access was great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed!

Condo was very well stocked and really roomy and comfortable. Rooms could of used a good mopping and maybe a bit more cleaning before we arrived. The property is very nice, great frozen drinks, nice pools, decent fitness center, but best part was just being on the beach. Would stay again.

Our stay was ok. When we arrived the condo floors where wet and slippery from being mopped and not dried . We requested the cleaning people to come but they never did . We also noticed some walls had mold close to the ceiling . The condo is located on a great location but I’m we would not rent this one again
