We invite you to enjoy the peaceful, old-Hawaiian feel of Kauai’s North Shore and the upscale yet understated elegance of Princeville with a visit to our beloved home. Located on the 8th fairway of the world-class Makai golf course, our first story corner unit condominium, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, boasts over 1600 sq. feet of comfortable elegance and the largest floor plan in Emmalani Court. Whip up a pineapple mojito and enjoy the breathtaking views of the fairway and the ocean beyond on our spacious lanai, or take a short stroll to the bluff and witness the spectacle of the sun sinking behind Bali Hai.
Our home has been completely redecorated and remodeled in 2019 with great attention to detail and fine fixtures. New stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen await your culinary creations—or barbecue by the spectacularly maintained pool and jacuzzi. Enjoy the open floor plan with lots of light from a myriad of windows with gorgeous views beyond.
The large master bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and opens onto the lanai. The bathroom boasts a large walk in shower and glass tile accents. A convenient pocket door may be closed to separate this suite from the rest of the condo for privacy. The guest suite, with queen teak bed and sunny window, also has its own full bath with tub and glass mosaic tile accents. Copious and comfortable linens and towels await. While we enjoy cooling tropical breezes year round, we are air-conditioned throughout (each room with separate controls) for your comfort.
We love our home for its location, location, location. Ideally located on the Princeville walking path, we are but a short walk to the world-class Princeville Resort with award-winning restaurants and spa, not to mention the Terrace Bar which has breathtaking sunset views, overlooking Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. You can walk to secluded Hideaways beach for relaxation and fantastic snorkeling or to the Robert Trent, Jr. Makai Club Course for a challenging but breathtaking round of golf or a game of tennis. Princeville Center has a full-size supermarket, shops, ice cream and other conveniences. A 3 mile drive will find you in the charming town of Hanalei with a plethora of restaurants, nightlife, galleries and shopping. Hike to waterfalls, horseback-ride in the mountains, snorkel with turtles, whale-watch in winter, and enjoy miles of secluded beaches in the area that surrounds Princeville.

The unit was beautifully appointed, very fresh and clean with attention to details. The kitchen area was set up well and easy to use. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. The owners were a delight to talk with and very responsive. Quite complex with a lovely view, great patio area for breakfast and short walk to sunset views. We had a wonderful stay!

Spacious and well-furnished condo on the 1st floor. My wife and I enjoyed our time there and it was what we were looking for in a vacation residence. One important goal in picking the unit was to have a lanai that gave a great view, but didn't hit us directly with the afternoon sun. That worked out perfectly. This is a great place to stay in Princeville.

This condo is gorgeous. Newly remodeled, the furniture is beautiful AND comfortable. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it is very well stocked. The location is perfect, in the heart of Princeville and with stunning walks just steps from the front door. The sunrise is exquisite each morning and the sunset is also just steps from the front door. Jeff was a very responsive host. Great vacation spot!

Two bedroom ground level condo with AC for the entire unit. Very nice location with distant ocean views on the golf course. The unit has been updated and renovated with nice furnishings. My only comment would be that the housekeeper could do a better job with cleaning and organizing the unit but this may not be an issue for many.

This property, this PROPERTY! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures portray and the spaces are very well appointed and lovely. The owner has gone to great lengths to create a relaxing and luxurious condo with views that will blow your mind every single day. On top of that there’s an albatross nesting area not far from the lanai and we fell in love with them so amazing! We will definitely be returning to Jeff’s home, and we did not want to leave! Our entire experience from beginning to end was perfection and Kauai is the most beautiful place my family has ever encountered! You’ll be beyond thrilled to stay in this beautiful property!

By far, this has been our favorite condo that we've rented in Princeville. The location was perfect and our views were outstanding. The unit had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and even double-checked with us the morning of our trip to make sure we had all the information we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

We are so happy that we chose Jeff’s condo for our honeymoon. We loved the North Shore and this condo was just a short drive to beautiful beaches and Hanalei. We loved drinking our coffee on the lanai every morning. The property was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the edge of the property to view the sunset. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to cook with all supplies to enjoy a day on the beach. Jeff was a wonderful host, always available for questions and suggestions. We are already planning to return as we fell in love with the North Shore and Kaua’i. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It has everything you need and you can tell that much care and thought has been put into the touches of this home. we enjoyed leisurely mornings sipping coffee on the patio and evenings out by the bluff watching the sunset. We booked this condo as overflow for our 14 person family vacation and it was perfect!! Even though we didn’t cook there, the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the decor and the golf course and ocean views were much closer than they look on line. I hope to stay there again.

Jeffrey was great! He returned my call (and drove 5 miles out of his way to get cell phone service) to respond to a couple questions we had. He also gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do. My only suggestion would be to put safety bars in the beautiful walk in shower for us seniors! The condo was huge and very very lovely. The sunset view was magnificent!

We had the most enjoyable vacation in Kauai, in large part due to the lovely accommodations. In fact, the best in the 26 years that we have been traveling to all the islands. First, actual condo/home/hotel rooms are never as great as the photos make them out to be. In this case, what you see is exactly what you get. The condo was spacious and the decor was both comfortable and stylish. This is clearly not your average vacation rental. You can see the care and pride of the owners from the comfortable and roomy sofa, the well stocked spice pantry, top of the line appliances and utensils, to toiletries and detergents. The furniture in every room was lovely - everything you would hope for in a vacation getaway. This was our first time staying on the northern end of Kauai. Princeville is lovely, and the perfect base for the days we spent exploring Hanalei Bay and nearby beaches. As experienced island travelers, we always bring our own beach towels, cooler and sun shelter even if the listing indicates that they are provided, as we've had many surprises with broken beach umbrellas and coolers and flimsy towels. Jeff called me prior to our arrival and reminded me that these were all provided. I honestly can't think of a thing more that I wished they had provided. The lower level location close to the edge of the golf course provided great views from the lanai and living room. I could go on but I'm out of characters. You won't regret staying here!

We had the pleasure of staying 37 days at Jeff's Emmalani condo in Princeville. It surpassed our expectations. A bright and beautifully remodeled condo overlooking hole #8 of the Makai golf course. A short walk to the shore to see the waves crashing against the cliffs and also to view the gorgeous sunsets behind Bali Hai in Hanalei. We were able to walk to Pu'u Poa Beach next to 1 Hotel and also Hideaway Beach. You can actually walk all the way past Pu'u Poa beach and end up on Hanalei Bay if you wade through the little river there. We walked everywhere in Princeville from this condo including some great restaurants. Jeff was very easy to work with and his lovely condo accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did enjoy making many meals there. We liked using the hot tub and pool there as well. We will miss hearing the waves crashing and mostly all of the nesting and courting Albatross directly in front of the condo. They were so entertaining to watch!

Beautiful remodeled condo on the Makai golf course with a marvelous view. It supersedes your expectations from the already nice pictures. I would love to come and stay again. I came with my brother for my daughter’s wedding and we were greeted w a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card from the host. Very nice sentiment.

Overall a great condo in Princeville. We loved the bed, well stocked kitchen and the relaxing patio for wine/dinner time. Great location too. Cleanliness could have been a little better, especially in the master bath. We also noticed a bit of musty smell from the AC unit. We had some issues with the front door not locking properly so probably needs a little maintenance there as well. The place is perfect if these minor maintenance issues are taken care of. We enjoyed our week long stay here.

The property is in a beautiful location. It has recently been remodeled with beautiful finishes, including gorgeous tile work in the bathrooms and one of the most comfortable couches I’ve ever sat on. Unfortunately the new cleaning company that the owner recently switched to did a subpar job. We had some other issues that caused us to check out early. Jeff, the owner, issued a refund without hesitating (we had extenuating circumstances). Jeff was receptive to all input and did his best to rectify the issues we experienced. This property would make a great vacation rental once all of the issues have been addressed.

Spent an amazing 8 days in Kauai. Had a great time at Queens Bath and snorkeling at Hideaway Beach, both were very close to the property. Also loved Salt Pond Beach, its worth the drive. There were several seals both times we went. Would definitely visit again!

Beach toys, chairs, coolers, floats, umbrella. Very quiet area in P Ville. Right on the golf course and a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful sunsets overlooking Bali Hai! Stayed for a week sunsets where amazing you could walk right to the cliffs and watch the sunset. Also has pool and gas barbecues at the pool. I didn’t know when I booked that there was barbecues or I would’ve planned for more grilling. It’s cheaper to shop on the south side of the island for groceries also.

We booked this with two moms and our kids. It’s the perfect proximity to Hanalei and beaches. We lived walking out for sunset and sunrise each morning. The views are incredible. Jeff is a fantastic host- quick to respond, friendly and accommodating. We were looking for peaceful setting for our last 2 weeks ( of 4 weeks) in Kauai. The condo is updated and views are spectacular. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Loved visiting the beaches nearby. Great place to recharge before heading back to mainland!
