About this villa rental
Very fresh pool villa in the Seasons community. Located ideally for a vacation in the Disney area. Equipped to high standard for your comfort! Living room with comfy sofas, BBQ free of use, stroller and kids car seats (3) available. 10 min to Disney World and 15 min to Universal and SeaWorld. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is a great base due to it's location and the good facilities. Private pool that can be heated. Free Wi-Fi. Free Phone calls within the USA. Xbox 360 kinect. Fully equipped kitchen with high chairs and cots provided at no extra charge. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one with king size bed and the other with queen size - ideal for two families sharing the villa. Bedroom three and four has two twin beds in each room and shares bathroom three. Three TV sets (largest 46') with cabletv. Blu-ray (Dvd) player. For child safety a pool fence and alarmed doors is available. Walmart 2 min away.

The house was conveniently located near the parks in a quiet neighborhood. Was very easy to find Based on the pictures, we thought it had a fenced backyard. The backyard was an open shared yard. The pool was nice, private and screened in. 4 bedrooms with three bathrooms were plenty for our families stay. The kitchen had a good amount of pots, pans and dishes for meal prep, with a full size fridge and stove. Large bowls were scarce though. The beds were quite comfortable and internet TV a plus. Walmart was 5 minutes from the residence. There were plenty of souvineir shops along to main road near the house. Our host was very nice and communicated freely with us.

When we got there the pool was not heated which we paid for. Was not taken care of,after 3 days called the owner and he had to tell us how to turn it on and turn light on in pool. Was not our job! First night smoke alarm started beeping, Then another alarm started beeping,we put up with that for 4 days, until they finally got them fixed. I think we should of been reimbursed for the pool , the days it was not heated, putting up with smoke alarms beeping which the maintenance said they were old and should be replaced.
