About this villa rental
Very fresh pool villa in the Seasons community. Located ideally for a vacation in the Disney area. Equipped to high standard for your comfort! Living room with comfy sofas, BBQ free of use, stroller and kids car seats (3) available. 10 min to Disney World and 15 min to Universal and SeaWorld. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is a great base due to it's location and the good facilities. Private pool that can be heated. Free Wi-Fi. Free Phone calls within the USA. Xbox 360 kinect. Fully equipped kitchen with high chairs and cots provided at no extra charge. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one with king size bed and the other with queen size - ideal for two families sharing the villa. Bedroom three and four has two twin beds in each room and shares bathroom three. Three TV sets (largest 46') with cabletv. Blu-ray (Dvd) player. For child safety a pool fence and alarmed doors is available. Walmart 2 min away.

The stay at the property was everything we hoped for. During our stay we had a small technical issue that was solved by the host inmediatly. Great place.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is a great path to walk around a pond. The house had room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool. There was also a lot of outdoor furniture which can be rare at some places. The host was very responsive.

Everything was perfect, except the pool heater was broken so we were not able to use the pool like we planned, the water was freezing
