The bedrooms are a haven of comfort and style, featuring a high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night`s sleep. Located downstairs, the first bedroom shares a bathroom with a common area, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties.
Upstairs, among the 3 additional bedrooms, one is a spacious suite, ensuring privacy for your guests. Each of them has been impeccably decorated and meticulously designed with your comfort in mind to create a unique and special experience for your guests.

**PET FRIENDLY**
This property welcomes guests with well-behaved and house-trained pets. There is an additional pet fee of $70 per reservation (max 2 pets, each weighing up to 25 pounds).
PET RULES:
- Pets are allowed to stay exclusively on the ground floor.
- Prohibited from going upstairs or sleeping on beds and couches.
All guests must read and agree to our pet rules.
**BEDROOM ARRANGEMENTS**
Downstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one single and one queen beds (bathroom shared with common area)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (shares a bathroom with bedroom 3)
- Bedroom 3: one single and one queen beds (shares a bathroom with bedroom 2)
- Bedroom 4: queen bed (en-suite)
The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay!

Club facilities include: 7,200 Square Foot Clubhouse; Fitness Center; Pool with reflecting pool, cabanas, whirlpool and palm trees; Cyber Café; Half Basketball court; Beach Volleyball; Movie Theater; Game Room; Trails; Picnic Area and more.
Located in Kissimmee, behind US 192 at the entrance of the Medieval Times. Only 8 miles from Disney`s complex access road. You are just minutes away from all the parks and close to the best shopping and restaurants. At the corner of Bella Vida you will find a Walmart super center open 24 hours.
Guests can use the parking spots delimited with white lines near to the house.

We pride ourselves on providing pristine, high-quality essentials for your utmost comfort and satisfaction. WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

-1 Shampoo per bathroom (hotel size)
-1 Hand soap per bathroom (hotel size)

-1 Sponge
-1 Dishwasher soap
-1 Paper towel roll
-1 Extra trash bag
*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!
POOL HEATING: USD $40.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.
Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.
Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.
We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.
HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!
ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.

My family stay was great the only problem I had was the screen door leading to the pool was messed up & the pool area needed to be more private it still had open area to wear ppl could see you when they walked by other than that me & my family enjoyed our stay
