The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and was clean and decorated nicely. The neighborhood got loud at night with music and shouting on 2 of the nights but that is not any fault of the owner.

We loved our stay. The Bella Vida resort is a perfect location close to everything and bring a gated community adds the extra security. The clubhouse and pool are both perfect. The house was ideal for the 5 of us and had a great comfortable stay. The owner was on hand for any questions.

We had a very nice stay. Our only problem was the parking. I wish each unit had an assigned spot. Other than that everything was nice.

House need a little bit of improvements. Old furniture in the rooms. Carpets need to be clean. We saw roaches in the kitchen and first floor bathroom. The AC turns off at midnight, which means there is no air circulating during the night. We were seven people and it was difficult to breathe.
