Great location, nice room with balcony, and nice view of Tbilisi from the breakfast room. 5 mins. Walk to Maiden Square.
Breakfast menu was a bit too repetitive.

We got early check in, what was really pleasant to leave luggage :)
Procedure during check out was a bit oldschool, because we needed to wait when someone will check the room and our taxi was waiting for us.
5 years ago it was common procedure in hotels when in room was minibar, but in this case - I don’t know what they was expecting to see.

Property was fairly central but steep climb up and down into the main town
On the hotels website they state that you arrive as a “stranger and leave as a friend”
We arrived early in the morning (fully appreciated we cannot access our room) but the receptionist was not particularly friendly or helpful - thought we were an inconvenience.
Asked if we could get a coffee but was told that the restaurant doesn’t open until 8am and it’s £16 each for breakfast!!
We only wanted a coffee
The welcome to the hotel was poor and first impressions do count.
Even asking for a city nap was a mission!
Hotel was fine, breakfast was limited but could improve welcoming your guests in a more friendly manor.
