This is a very clean accommodation and it's in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby, a large park across the street, and a short walk from the Egyptian temples. The metro is about a 7-8 minute walk away and there are several bus stops nearby.
The wifi was terrible, surprisingly so for an accommodation used frequently by students. While it was usually quiet, walls were thin so anyone that was making noise in the hallways or other rooms, even momentarily, could be heard.

it was my first visit to Madrid and I am delighted with the city and the hotel staff who helped me with everything I needed
I really liked that they greeted me with a smile, took me to my room, showed me where the restaurant was, and also explained how to get to the train station for free. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, comfortable temperature in the room, and enough bathrooms for all rooms.
I definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you very much for the pleasant experience and special thanks to the staff for their support of my country :)
Everything was fine, just a small suggestion to put some hair dryers in the bathrooms.

- The double room we booked was very complete with a kitchenette
- Although not central, it's only about 15 minutes walk to old town Bilbao.
- There wasn't any washing up liquid to clean the plates and utensils used.
- Two sachets of shower gel per person weren't really enough for a 3 night stay.
- The male receptionist wasn't friendly.
