Hermoso, moderno, limpio, iluminado y espacioso. Excelente!

Location was amazing! Very accessible to center of the city via 20 min walk. Can also get to many metro lines easily.
Room was not ready and not cleaned upon arrival. When we arrived, the entire apartment was dirty and bed unmade upon opening the door. We waited over 2 hours for a cleaning crew to arrive. Beds were very hard to sleep on and a bit uncomfortable. The process to get into the apartment is very complicated and requires 2 separate phone apps.
