Location perfect, same as pictures, very safe and relaxing. Lovely having ducks visit everyday. Saw deer and pheasants. The accommodation was lovely and had almost everything we needed. Just missing airer or drying line for washing, otherwise everything perfect. Parking, quiet at night, BBQ at back of property, board games and full guides of where to visit . Only around 20 mins walk over viaduct to Whitby. The cinder track is easy access to lots of other places , for walkers joggers and cyclists. Definitely recommend this property and will hopefully come back again if I can find any free dates for next year.
Nothing in particular, would be nice to have earlier check in as doesn't take from 10am - 3pm to clean property if left how you found it. Otherwise nothing.

Beautiful setting beside the river. Very pleasant walk into Whitby once you got back up the hillside to the old railway line path which takes you across the viaduct.
Slightly tired fixtures and fittings and would have felt very cramped had we been 4 not just 2.
