Loved it, was not able to get water hot out of kitchen sink, and the bathroom shower behind the kitchen, other than that we absolutely loved it and will be back, thank you!

I would have given this place 5 stars across the board if I had only been told in advance that a cat had been in residence prior to our visit. I am very allergic and it took a couple of days to first recognize what was happening and second to get allergy meds to work. The living area furniture is very uncomfortable and actually borders on dangerous for the elderly. My Mom is 81 and the smaller couch almost slid out from under her several times and is so high up that even my 5'10" daughter's feet barely touched the floor. The kitchen table was amazing and we wanted to steal it! ha ha Seriously was great for our family to sit around for meals. Nicely equipped kitchen with good cookware and utensils. With those things in mind this property is great and everyone we encountered was so nice. View of the ocean is just a sliver..cannot see the waves hit the beach, just the deep water part. Sad for Mom because the stairway to the ocean was too much for her.

Unit needs to be updated, furniture uncomfortable, carpet torn, duct taped on floor. We expected a much nicer condo for price charged, on positive note Dunes Beach rental was excellent host
