Bridgewater 201 Oceanfront - is a wonderful condo in Litchfield By The Sea with unobstructed views of Litchfield Beach. The oceanfront balcony has a view of the beach, ocean, and pool. It is nicely furnished, and updated with plank tile floors in living areas and bedrooms. The living area has a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. This is an end unit and there are two side windows, one in the living area and one in the kitchen with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The dining table has seating for six. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a sliding door that opens the balcony and view of the ocean. The master bath has a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds, and the 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a queen bed. This unit has Zone AC/Heat. Bridgewater has an elevator and covered parking. Enjoy an amazing oceanfront pool complex with lazy river, as well as all the other amenities offered at Litchfield by the Sea. This is a beautiful property for your vacation! Guests have access to Bridgewater and Litchfield by The Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

The condo was just as advertised.The ocean view was wonderful and access to the beach could not be easier. We really enjoyed our stay at Litchfield By The Sea.

This was our first time staying at Bridgewater, and the views from this unit are incredible. While this unit was nice enough, I don't think we'd do Bridgewater again. The primary reasons are the size of the units, but mainly, it's that the air conditioning units are room wall units (like in some older hotel rooms) and they were LOUD. They cooled well enough, but the constant roar of the units, and the loudness of the compressor kicking on/off, was very annoying and woke us up constantly.
That said the unit is well furnished, Bed in master was very comfy. he cleanliness was not impressive. There was what appeared to be dog hair all over the (rather dirty) rug in the living area, and the tiled floors had hair and dust on them. The placemats on the dining table were ratty, worn, and had dried food on at least one of them.
Because this unit is basically a souped-up hotel suite, it was cramped. Fine for 2 of us, but I am so relieved that our extra guests didn't join us for the weekend as originally planned. Honestly, this space MIGHT be do-able for 2 adults and 2 small children, but otherwise, it would get tight, and storage space is non existent.
Speaking of storage, there was so much stuff stored in the closets (porta crib, vacuum, beach toys, etc) that we weren't able to put anything (shoes, suitcases) on the closet floors. Again, since there were only 2 of us, we used the 2nd BR as our storage.
