About this apartment rental
Located on the north end of the island next to a public park, you will be able enjoy the incredible views from this location, as well as having room for “little ones” to play. This home is DOUBLE the size of many rentals in Ocean City.
This luxurious unit offers parking for four cars, has an elevator, and has two junior master suites as well as a full master suite. Luxury abounds with the hardwood floors throughout and has been appointed with many nice furnishings. It is located on the 3rd and 4th Floor of the building, with our neighbors owning the first two floors. There is an elevator from our entry on the ground floor to our first floor.
There are sleeping in beds for a total of 10 people (including all children), which would include two per bed. The maximum occupancy is 10 for everyone, including children. You will be responsible for your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Pillows are provided. For those who care to use it, there is a bed linen and towel rental company listed in our amenities, under towels & linens.
There is plenty of room for your guests and great space to entertain. The main porch is almost a private oasis with the park and trees from next door and there is a bar area that is adjacent to the spacious kitchen. There are FIVE MORE decks/porches on the two floors -- many of which are either wooded views or private.
Each bedroom has access to a deck – most of which are private to that bedroom only. There are tv’s in each bedroom and wireless internet access throughout. One bedroom functions as a spacious office, if you don’t need all the bedrooms.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers enough room for several cooks or bartenders all at the same time. Granite counter tops add to the beauty of the kitchen area.
We include 10 beach tags for your enjoyment during your stay with us.

We rent by the WEEK only, Saturday at 2 pm to Saturday 10 am. No daily rentals or additional days can be added, just weeks.

This was the second time my family stayed in this rental and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure, and they were very attentive to our needs. It’s a lovely house that accommodated our family perfectly.

This truly is luxury living. There was plenty of privacy as well as lots of space for gathering, enjoying meals together, and hanging out. Loved all the porches! They also covered all the necessities in the kitchen with cookware, serveware and appliances, a nice laundry room, great AC and lots of ceiling fans. We really enjoyed our time there.

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as it was last year. We love the layout of the house and the location. Fantastic rental - 10/10 would recommend!

With extended family visiting from out of state, this was the perfect spot for our Jersey Shore vacation. The property is both spacious and immaculately maintained with an obvious pride of ownership. You can walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and town - and you are less than half an hour from Atlantic City.There are 4 full baths - never any argument regarding occupancy! Highly recommended.
