Charming house overlooking Manistee Golf and Country Club with distant views of Lake Michigan from the living room window. City living with a country feel. Just a hop, skip and a jump to First street beach, voted best beach in Michigan, where you will find three playgrounds, a dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts, fish cleaning station, bathrooms, snack shack, a restaurant and bar in the Hyatt, and a boat launch. Walkable to the river walk and downtown Manistee. The little river casino is just 7 miles away. Pet friendly with a huge fenced backyard.
The house has central air, high-speed wireless internet, a large screen tv with FUBO, roku, HBO and netflix in the living room and a tv in the bedroom, outdoor grill, Keurig coffee maker, fire pit, large fenced backyard with a patio and a garage are just a few of the many extras that come with this vacation rental.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a Saatva queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, baking dishes, pots and pans, flatware, wine glasses, and much more.
There is a huge completely fenced backyard for your fur babies. In the backyard, enjoy croquet and cornhole. There are lounge chairs and tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
All linens are provided.
Outdoor grill and beach toys. Bikes provided on request.

Super clean and comfortable. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. Location is convenient to everything.

Attractive small older house with huge nicely landscaped fenced backyard with patio area and fire pit. Located directly across street from Country Club golf course (we collected a half dozen balls, recommended to park in garage!), 5 minutes from public beaches and downtown. WiFi worked well. Needed to reset TV hookup. Kitchen had newer appliances. Dishwasher was small mobile unit that had to be moved to hookup to the sink faucet, we used it once and then hand washed the remainder of our stay. Washer and dryer in basement worked well. AC worked well. Floors in entire house squeaked, we joked no one could sneak up on us. Bathtub was a bit freaky as it had a spongy bounce when you stepped on it, likely from having a bath fitter overlay unit. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay, especially the outdoor areas.

Overall was just ok. Location was excellent. Property was just ok. Bed was so so. Owners were very responsive. Just expected more for the amount of money we paid.
