We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is well appointed, bathroom has been upgraded and has a great shower, King sized bed is comfortable.Enjoyed having a Keurig. Sitting outside on back patio was pleasant, spacious yard gave a sense of privacy for being right in a neighborhood.This house does not have central heat and air. We were there late spring, so just needed to run one of the portable heaters and we were fine. Cannot attest to needing the A/C units when it warms up Enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby park, and 5th Ave beach is a leisurely 15 minute stroll. There were only 2 of us, and this was perfect size for us. Would stay again.

We had a great weekend in Manistee. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and playing cards in the evenings at the table in the sunroom.

The house was nice, but we were promised rooms in the basement and the basement had a very heavily musty smell. We were unable to use the basement because of that. Bathroom bathroom upstairs also had a heavy musty smell. The fan was broken, but they fix it while we were there. That might’ve been part of the problem with the musty smell. Because the bathroom smells so musty one of the bedrooms did too. In fairness, our host told us that it had rained a lot previously. Manistee was small so we spent most of our time in Ludington, which was only half an hour away.
