New furnishings and updated bathrooms, the perfect place for a family vacation summer or winter. Located in a quiet area of town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the free shuttle to the ski area.

Very close to cross-country skiing loops and Mountain bike trails.

The perfect location as the large town park and recreation area is just 2 blocks away. The fabulous Tony's trail through McCormick Ranch and extensive wildlife wetlands is just one block away as are the best groomed cross country loops in the County. Very quiet area of town perfect for relaxation after your hike or bike ride.

The house is very comfortable and perfect for families.

This house was perfect for my family of 5. Although only 4 of use stayed in the house most of the time, it gave us room to spread out. The location is perfect with it sitting in between two parks with playgrounds and soccer fields. Plenty of parking in the summer. Ingrid was very helpful and friendly. The house and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, coffee machine, toaster, great pots and pans, lots of glassware. The fridge has a water filter. We will be back and will be renting from Ingrid again. Thank you Ingrid for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. The cookware was great (i.e., the nonstick pans were not scraped up!). 5 minute walk to the four way stop to catch the shuttle up the mountain! The owner is super responsive! Hopefully this unit will be available when we come back next year!

My parents and I stayed here as our home base while we enjoyed the fall colors of Crested Butte- loved being able to walk to town but come back a quiet place. Easy check-in, everything you need in the kitchen, and we loved the fire place! Can’t wait to come back to CB and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was very clean and had everything we needed, except body wash. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. I will say that the upper windows in the bedrooms allow a lot of light in the morning so be aware of that if you like to sleep in.

Stayed here over Spring Break and the location was great. Walkable to Elk Ave and the shuttle stops to head towards the mountain. The space was comfortable and more than accommodating for our family of five.

Wonderful property in which to visit with our son at Christmas. Location near downtown CB and proximity to ski resort was great. The unit was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and nicely outfitted with everything we needed. Ingrid and Rick were extremely friendly and communicative with helpful information. The Christmas tree and decorations were a great touch, making us feel welcome and at “home” for the holiday.

My adult children ran the Crested Butte Ultra. This homes location was perfect for the start/finish line and downtown. The property is updated, very comfortable and spotless. The amenities in the kitchen made preparing food for the runners easy. The instruction booklet was to the point and informative without being too wordy. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

We had a great time in this house. It was the perfect home-base for my 7-year old, 70-year old parents, and me and my husband as we were in town to celebrate my brother's wedding. We loved the communal space and kitchen as well as the bed rooms. Everything was clean, stocked, and lovely. My kid loved the two parks very near by, and I loved walking to town. The only tiny issue we had during our stay at the high point of summer is that the daylight creeps into the bedroom lofted windows pretty early. If you go in the summer, consider bringing eye masks!
