About this house rental
A spacious, non-smoking holiday home with a terrace and large garden awaits you in a quiet location, where you can spend up to 6 people all year round. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining area with open kitchen, bedroom for 2 people and the bathroom with modern walk-in shower and toilet. A spiral staircase in the DG leads to a living room and bedroom for 2 people, as well as another bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. From 2018 there will be another new modern bathroom in the DG with a spacious shower area and toilet. So the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the garden there is a grill, a beach chair and a sandpit for younger guests. We would be happy to provide you with a free parking space for your vehicle on the property.
Your bikes can be stored in a lockable storage room.

WIR haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten alles problemlos mit Rad oder zu Fuß erreichen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war hervorragend.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Empfang durch den sehr netten Verwalter waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen in diesem Ferienhaus gewesen. Es gab viel Platz für alle, die Bäder waren sehr schön, die Einrichtung war gut durchdacht, es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Was wir vermisst haben, war eine vernünftige Beleuchtung über dem Esszimmertisch. Wir haben jeden Abend gespielt und konnten Karten, Würfel, Spielstandnotizen nur bei schwacher Seitenbeleuchtung sehen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub im Sonneneck-Ferienhaus.
