Hatten Zimmer 3.2, 3.OG im Anbau. Schuppen zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Pkw-Parkplatz ohne Aufpreis. Zimmer mit Aufzug erreichbar. Großer Balkon nach Süden und Westen. Großes Zimmer, schlicht, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Kleine Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Tageslicht-Bad. Handtücher wurde nach 3 Tagen ohne Aufforderungen/Bitte gewechselt. Gutes Frühstück bis halb 11. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Kurzer Weg zum Strand.
Es gibt auch Zimmer (im EG) mit Blick zum Parkplatz, keine tolle Lage. Waschbecken im Bad sehr klein („Finkennapf“). In der Kitchenette fehlt etwas Ausstattung (keine Kochmöglichkeit), zu wenig Besteck (z.B. kein spitzes Messer). Der kleine Runde Tisch im Zi. zum Essen etwas zu klein. Die Nähe zum Bhf: die Loks der UBB stehen dort eine Weile im Bhf und verursachen ziemlich laute Geräusche (nervte ein bisschen).

Lage der Unterkunft und des Team , der Service, die Sauberkeit- da kann man nicht meckern.
Das Frühstück war gut. Aber.....man merkt, dass auch preisgünstig eingekauft wird. Obst, Wurst und Gemüse war bestimmt nicht regional. Frischkäse und Käse in Vakuumverpackung.

Lage des Hauses. Sauberkeit des Zimmers .Preis/ Leistung vom Frühstück.
Steril und kalt eingerichtet. Frühstück wäre auf dem Zimmer nicht möglich gewesen.Sehr laut da die Türen zu fallen.
