Beautiful villa

Really nice hosts and staffs. Really beautiful villa, with well maintained environment and garden. The room is elegantly decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. And the room is the cleanest I’ve been to. Cleanliness is usually basic requirements for a hotel. But this is different level of clean. Every corner, even drawers, kettle are spotless! The location is right in front of the beach trail, connecting to the sea bridge. Definitely recommended!

The bed is made of two double beds. So there is a gap in the middle. A bit uncomfortable for couples to sleep close to each other’s.

Lage sehr gut. Blick auf die Ostsee auch aus der 2. Reihe. Besonders auffällig war die Sauberheit in der gesamten Wohnung.

Meiner Frau war das Bett zu hart. Der Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen ist sehr hoch. Kein Griff zum Anfassen.

Ein rundum gelungener, entspannter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Bädervilla mit Meerblick.

Tolle ruhige Lage, trotz "nur" zweiter Reihe ein wunderbarer Blick auf die Ostsee von den großen Wohnzimmerfenstern aus, mit Meeresrauschen ... Entspannung pur!! Die Wohnung war geräumig, gut ausgestattet sowie äußerst sauber und wir fanden auch die Betten sehr bequem. Der Vermieter war nett und immer erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hatte. Außerdem gab es Wasser, Wein und andere Getränke im Haus zu kaufen, wirklich praktisch!

Das WLAN war teilweise sehr schwach, der Vermieter versuchte aber schnell, Abhilfe zu schaffen, nachdem wir ihn darauf hingewiesen hatten.

Eine solide, charmante Unterkunft mit zugewandten Gastgebern.

Die Ferienwohnungen waren sehr großzügig geschnitten. Das Haus hat Charme und lässt die Zeit der Kaiserbäder erahnen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zugewandt.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der heutige Standard wird nicht erreicht. Unsere Wohnungen hatten leider keinen Balkon / Terrasse.

Saubere und familienfreundliche Strandnaher Urlaub

Sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und fantastische Lage mit (seitlichen) Blick aufs Meer und kurzem Weg zum Strand. Alle waren sehr happy mit der Ferienwohnung. Es steckt viel Herzblut der Vermieter drin und das merkt man auch - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Betten waren ein bisschen warm (sehr wechselhaftes Wetter) und wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob die Kopfkissen wirklich Allergiker geeignet sind (fühlten sich an wie Federn) - aber wir hatten eh unsere eigenen mit, da wir das schon kennen. Beste Ferienwohnung die wir bisher hatten, das doch überraschend gute Wetter war dann die Kirsche auf der Torte :)

Wenn man als Erwachsener im Kinderzimmer schlafen muss, dann ist das schon bisschen schmales Bett.

Wir wohnten 12 Tage in der Villa Sommerfreude und genossen jeden Tag. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und super sauber.

Miejsce piękne, spokojne i przy większej otwartości na obcokrajowców na pewno warte polecenia!

Apartament znajduje się w pięknej, imponującej stuletniej willi. Budynek jest zadbany i odnowiony, położony na spokojnej ulicy. Deptak z atrakcjami i częstą muzyką na żywo znajduje się 400 m od villi - można tam łatwo dotrzeć, a jednocześnie w nocy jest cicho i słychać szum morza. Prawie naprzeciwko willi jest ścieżka do plaży (ze schodkami, ale łagodnymi), dosłownie 150 m. Plaża jest czysta, szeroka, z ratownikami czuwajacymi nad bezpieczeństwem. Apartament jest duży, przestronny, dobrze zaprojektowany. W łazienkach jest sporo miejsca na blatach, jest dużo wieszaków, szuflady. W pokojach ładne meble, szafy, bardzo wygodne łóżka z dobrej jakości, bawełnianą pościelą. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona - dużo garnków, patelnie, talerze, sztuczce, jest toster, czajnik i przelewowy ekspres do kawy (jednak przez brak filtrów nie korzystaliśmy z niego). Jest duża lodówka z zamrażarką, zmywarka, więc można normalnie gotować.

Apartament nr 10 jest położony na najwyższym poziomie, który trochę się nagrzewa. W jeden z najcieplejszych dni było tam dość gorąco, a nie ma klimatyzacji ani wentylatorów, co może być męczące. Brakowało nam chociaż kilku tabletek do zmywarki - na początek, zanim zrobi się zakupy, warto by było zapewnić to gościom. Właściciel był sympatyczny, ale ciężko było się z nim porozumieć. Mówię bardzo dobrze w 3 językach, ale po niemiecku znam tylko podstawowe słowa - właściciel nawet nie starał się mnie zrozumieć, mówił do mnie po niemiecku i na powitanie, i przy wyjeździe, ignorując moją nieznajomość tego języka (poinformowałam go o tym). Tłumaczenie mi gdzie jest parking, jak do niego dojechać było mało komfortowe w tej sytuacji. Próbowałam korzystać z tłumacza Google ale nie był tym zainteresowany, sam też zupełnie nie wyszedł z inicjatywą, by to, co mówi było dla mnie zrozumiałe. Miejscowość leży 8 km od granicy z Polską więc była to dla mnie dziwna postawa, pierwszy raz się spotkałam z zupełną nieznajomością przez właściciela j. angielskiego oraz nie przygotowaniem na taką sytuację (choćby przez wydrukowane know-how o obiekcie w innych językach czy mapek z dojazdem do miejsca parkingowego). W czasie pobytu przydałoby się wyjaśnienie kilku spraw (np. gdzie wyrzucać śmieci), ale zniechęciła mnie bariera językowa i postawa.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zweiter Reihe direkt am Meer.

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand mit Meerblick. Sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Ideal für eine Familie oder zwei Paare, da es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder gibt. Sehr moderner Fernseher, der gleichzeitig als Bild fungierte. Getränkeangebote im Haus gegen Gebühr.

WLAN Empfang nicht überall gut in der Wohnung. Parkplatz wurde vom Besitzer in Laufweite organisiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Besitzer des Parkplatzes waren sehr star in ihren zeitlichen Vorstellungen und nicht flexibel, da wir nach dem Auschecken um 11:00 Uhr noch 3 Stunden am Strand bleiben wollten (hatten auch schon dafür bezahlt). Aufgrund der anstehenden Saison war die Wohnung recht hochpreisig. Die Möbel waren sehr gut, aber nicht unbedingt modern.

Schöner Ausblick in Strandnähe

Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung auf die Seebrücke war wirklich schön, auch wenn vor der Villa noch eine andere Villa steht, die den Blick etwas verwehrt.

Wir waren überrascht, dass wir noch zusätzliche Gebühren für den Parkplatz berechnet bekommen haben, obwohl der Preis für eine Nacht ja schon verhältnismäßig sehr hoch war.

Schöne historische Villa in nobler Straße. Großes Apartment mit partiellem Meerblick. Geschmackvolle Möblierung von guter Qualität. Der freundliche Gastgeber hat einen Parkplatz organisiert.

Wie andere schon schrieben, verursacht das Bett Rückenschmerzen. Es handelt sich um keine übliche Matratze, sondern um ein Bett mit integrierter Matratze.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage von Bansin!

Die Villa Sommerfreude liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Zentrum des hübschen Badeorts Bansin. Unsere beiden Wohnungen waren großzügig geschnitten, mit Meerblick und bestens mit allem ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Wer gerne joggt oder Fahrrad fährt: eine endlose Strandpromenade lädt förmlich dazu ein. Das Ortszentrum von Bansin mit Restaurants, Boutiquen und Cafés ist ebenfalls fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof dauert es etwas länger (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß), aber es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung ohne Umsteigen mit Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Eine Backstube mit frischen Brötchen ist quasi um's Eck; für den größeren Einkauf gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten REWE-Supermarkt im Ort. - Netterweise hat uns der Vermieter sogar ein bei der Abreise vergessenes Sweatshirt hinterhergeschickt. Besser geht's nicht!

Da fällt mir jetzt um's Verrecken absolut nichts ein... :-)

Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt und die ganze Zeit toll betreut worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt. Der Bus direkt vor der Tür um auch die anderen Kaiserbäder zu erreichen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen wieder.
