Perfect location approx 20 m form the beach. Parking spot with sufficient space just behind the house. Bueatifully renowated villa and available personal to help in case something is needed. In the area you can find many restuarnts, bars, bakeries, shops but it is still quiet and hence you can sleep very well :-).
The weather - as usually at the Baltic See - not really predictable. For a larger appartment where you come with 4 or more people it is helpful to have an additional WC.

Schöne Wohnung an äusserst idealer Lage in Bansin. Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zum Innenhof. 1 Minute - zur Post und zum Bankautomat 2 Minuten - bis zur Bäckerei 3 Minuten - bis zur Apotheke und den ersten Restaurants 4 Minuten - bis zur Fahrradvermietung 5 Minuten - bis zur Bushaltestelle 6 Minuten - bis zum Strand 7 Minuten - bis zum Supermarkt Alles zu Fuss - einfach perfekt!
Nichts Manchmal war es schwierig aus der Zufahrt vom Parkplatz in die Strasse einzubiegen, weil der Hotelbus vom Hotel gegenüber genau davor geparkt hatte!

Trotz zentraler Lage und Strandnähe in Bansin ist die Ruhe (zumindest im Winter) hervorzuheben. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der am Haus verfügbare Privatparkplatz ist ein erwähnenswerter Pluspunkt.
Im Schlafzimmer half uns eine elektrische Verlängerungsschnur weiter.
