Really nicely designed house with amazing views of Rockaway and the beach. Spotless clean and well equipped. With two very comfortable living rooms and a great deck the only problem was deciding where to enjoy a view of the ocean!

There was a nice view of the ocean, but not really walking distance to the beach. Big enough to bring your family with two separate family areas. The decor is a little 1980s and the deck and grill could use some TLC. The beds slept good, the living room sofa not as comfortable. Lots of stairs, both at the entry and going up to the bedrooms - biggest issue is when moving in and out. The entry to the driveway is scary, especially if you need to access it coming down the hill from higher up, and while there is enough room to park, trying to turn a car around to drive out (rather than back out of the narrow entrance next to a steep drop) is an issue. But overall, I enjoyed our time there. Good value for the price.

In a sea of homes, this one is nice and secluded. Driveway was a little tricky the first time. We arrived in the dark/fog/rain.
We stayed a full week. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Lots of reference materials in the home about things to do in the local area. We visited waterfalls and lighthouse that we may not have found on our own thanks to guides in the home.
We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. Temperatures ranged from high of low 40s down to the 20's at night. This three-level home could be quite warm on the
upper floors compared to the lowest floor. If you bought a few sticks of firewood, you could probably solve this.
Overall great experience. Floor plan allows for groups to gather, yet offers space for seclusion as well. We did have others hanging out during the day. Other family members had VRBO home just up the hill managed by the same company.
It was quiet, comfortable, and equipped with everything a person needs.
