Our stay at Lil Green was wonderful. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, the house is beautiful, and the setting was perfect. Close to trails, close to town center, but in a quiet corner with few neighbors. We had everything we needed, and really enjoyed the open layout of the house. The bedrooms are luxurious and private, with nice views. We already plan to go back for another stay!

Absolutely amazing view. We had two clear sunsets that mesmerized us. I liked the two decks so you can separate to sit and watch the ocean and sky.

I read the reviews and was a little worried about a few things, no reason!! The upper deck has been replaced! It's beautiful.. There is a new set of great pots and pans, hopefully people will pay attention and not ruin them. They are wonderful. They view is magnificent, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked, the bathrooms are great, good showers, hot water and a deep tub. There is even an ice maker and a Brita water purifier! Not having to carry groceries up or down stairs is a blessing and if you forget anything there is a little grocery store at the bottom of the hill with anything you would probably need. We loved everything about it. It was clean and bright. Enjoy your stay...

The house itself was just okay. Not a place I would be eager to stay again unfortunately. The best thing was the view from the deck, which was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and it was in a good location for beach trips. Problems:The upstairs TV did not work properly.The backs on almost all the chairs were broken. It was very difficult to open the sliding glass door, the lock was broke, and the track was super dirty.The outdoor chairs were nearly rotted through, maybe people took them to the beach or left them out in the rain??? Turned the oven on to cook dinner and it was smoking due to oil burning on the bottom. The upstairs bedroom had a mattress that was as hard as a rock and pretty small for two adults to sleep in.
