About this apartment rental
A very quiet location in “Le Parc Vigier”, one of the most prestigious and sought after residences of Cote d’Azur overlooking the sea and a wonderful park with lush greenery filled with many beautiful trees and flowering bushes. The Old Town with its famous open market, restaurants, shopping and promenade is only in a few minutes walk. “Le Parc Vigier” is in demand because it has beautiful views of the entrance of the Port of Nice which always has exciting movement of boats, yachts and ships. Although you are at the Port, with so many restaurants, shops, and activities at your doorstep, because this apartment is on the edge of the park, it is so quiet and peaceful. You wake up to birds chirping and the lovely sounds of nature, yet you walk across the park and you are at the Port and the center of Nice. It is a perfect location. You also have the lovely, famous, gorgeous Coco beach just across from the park which is a great place for a swim and to watch the yachting activity so famous in this area.

A walking distance to Promenade des Anglais, 9 km to Nice International Airport.
The apartment sleeps max 2 people and offers a high-speed internet and the fullest set of upscale household appliances including 50” Smart TV set, Blu-Ray DVD, a stereo system, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine, etc. About the parking: you can park your car inside of the residence (we have guest parking places, if guest places are available), or outside the residence (rue Alicante or Brd Franck Pilatte), free from 20-00 to 8-00.

This apartment was excellent for it’s location but also excellent for comfort. When we were not out and about the apartment itself was excellent for relaxing. The furniture was very comfortable, the bed was very good and the balcony, with its nice table and chairs, had a beautiful view of the park and the sea and we enjoyed every meal out there. And the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed.
And the location itself was idea for us. The bus stop was less than one minuted from the gate. There were three beaches for swimming just across the street.
The check in procedures went very well. the owner kept us well informed and the person who checked us in showed up exactly to the minute on time. This was our first time in Nice but if we visit here again, this will be the first apartment that we will be checking for availability. It met every expectation that we had for two weeks. Comfort and location.

Great apartment, spacious and well equipped in a clean and quiet complex. Small supermarket and restaurants available around the port area. About 30 minutes walk to Nice centre. Good communication with the host and would recommend.

Very good comfortable flat with all facilities. Quiet location. Easy access to harbour area and town centre. Good small restaurants nearby. New tram direct connection harbour to airport opens December 2019.
