》The Capo Zafferano and Capo Mongerbino Nature Reserve, with rocky coves and crystal-clear waters, is 25 minutes away.

Any additional requests for emptying, refilling, or new sanitation involve an extra fee.
⚠️ The jacuzzi will be unavailable approximately from November 1st to February 28th.
☞ FREE PARKING: Private, located in the villa’s courtyard
☞ ONLINE CHECK-IN: By law, personal data and an ID document must be submitted via a secure online check-in form, even for last-minute bookings. The process is handled by a professional service, in compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR), ensuring maximum confidentiality of your information.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. If communicated in advance, luggage can be stored in the apartment from 11:00.
☞ SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is allowed outdoors only
☞ CRIB AVAILABLE: Crib linen is provided upon request
☞ MANDATORY CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS:
For stays longer than 14 nights, a weekly cleaning fee is required to ensure proper maintenance of the accommodation.

Marzia and Lia were wonderful hostesses. We had everything we needed inside the house and the dual gates added an extra sense of security. View of the coastline from up top was awesome. Not far from highway and directions were simple. I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Palermo and wanted a quiet spot to rest.

Great villa located a short distance from Altavilla. Home was large and spacious with great AC (rare in the area) and fresh new finishes. Outdoor area was nice as well. Host was very helpful, meeting us by the highway exit to help escort us to the property to make sure we did not get lost. We accidentally left behind a luggage as well and they were very accommodating in picking it up. Great experience, very friendly for international travelers.

Beautiful home and outdoor area with gorgeous views of the sea and sunset. We enjoyed the hot tub and music. You must rent a car to get around and go to the beach.
