About this house rental
Our home is in a small characteristic village, called 'Luciano' in the hills of Versilia, just 15 minutes from the sea of Viareggio with its sandy beaches. It has lovely views over the surrounding countryside
to the sea. The house can accommodate 6 people and one baby and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one toilet.
There is a very large kitchen with a stone fireplace,a large terrace,which is partly covered, and garden.
Independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, TV,dishwasher.

It's a magical place immersed in greenery but near shops,markets,sea promenade with restaurants, bars, cafes, pizzerias etc.
It is near the most important artistic and cultural centres of Tuscany, to name but a few:
30 min. from Pisa and its airport.
20 min. from Lucca.
50 min. from Florence.
60 min. from the Cinque Terre.
60 min. from Massa-Carrara.
25 min. from Pietrasanta.
30 min. from Torre del Lago Puccini.

A charming tuscan house with beautiful views over the coast line. Lucia the owner was very helpful and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Despite the heat the house was cool and being in the hills kept breeze blowing through.

We spent marvellous two weeks in Lucia's cosy house. It is equipped with everything, and its position is splendid with a view on the coastal plane with the lake and the sea. We spent many an evening on the terrace watching spectacular sunsets. And last, but not least, Lucia is a friendly, helpful and easy hostess. We certainly do recommend this accommodation.

It was a wonderful experience, great location plenty of room, quiet and private space, everything is functional and working well in the house! Plenty of linen and pots and pans!It was perfect for our family reunion!! Everyone had enough space to enjoy! Modern amenities in a house built in 1840 was a pleasant surprise! Washing machine ,microwave and all! The two outdoor space was allowing us to have breakfast overlooking the beautiful Tuscany sunrise and the other atio was our perfect spot for diner with the entire family!! The view from the master bedroom is picturesque !!
Lucia is a great host, very serviceable, responsive and treated us like family!

To begin get a good GPS because the house is pretty hard to locate and the road pretty curvy!! Once we got there we were greeted by Lucia with a warm welcome and a welcoming basket containing pasta, pasta sauce, bread , fresh tomatoes etc. The house is very well kept and super clean. Everything you may need is there and everything works smoothly. The six of us found our room to be very comfortable and there is good parking space once you get used to the very narrow street .The view from the house is simply stunning and there are plenty of chairs outside with a superb BBQ. The house is about 10 minutes from restos and grocery store. Conad is a very well supplied grocery store and it has everything you may need. Do not miss the (coffee shop ) Bar Misericordia downtown. Their cappuccinos are simply delicious and will be served with an artistic chocolate design. Good choice of excellent pastry if you get in early enough. The rest on the other side of the parking is called if I am correct resto 5. In any case you can eat a good meal at a very decent price. The beaches and stores of Viareggio are not to be missed and are 15 minutes from the house. Pisa, Florence and Lucca are easily accessed by car and are well worth visiting. We truly loved Lucca and Pisa. We took the train to Rome and found it much better than by car. Do not forget to validate your ticket before boarding. Overall we had a great time at Lucia's house and we do not hesitate to recommend it. Thanks Lucia for keeping such a gem available to us.
