Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 22-minute drive to Viareggio Beach or the 29-minute drive to Forte dei Marmi Beach.

Relax on the porch or lanai or sip a drink by the firepit of this 807-sq-ft vacation home, which also offers a fenced yard and a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and stereo.

Simply perfect, everything was there. Fantastic view from outside, Pisa-Tower visible with the telescope from the balcony. Inside heating, air-conditioning, big wardrobes for your things, fridge, oven, everything to cook by yourself, micro-wave, toaster, water-cooker, coffee-machine, streaming TV, books, informations etc. etc. We missed nothing, but that is an individual thing, so what is different: - really high speed glas fibre internet connection - bathroom is small, but big enough - difficult parking outside if neighbourhood is busy - absolutly clean - very nice contact - very flexible if you arrive or leave early We can really recommend this house.

We had a good stay at Elisa's place. It was very clean and well equipped with very nice views from the patios. You will certainly need a car as it is located on the hills of Bargecchia with a long winding road leading up to the property. Parking is in the street and not on-site.

Das Ferienhaus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Töpfe, (Koch-)Besteck, Espressokanne, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.). Weil wir die ersten Gäste überhaupt waren, wurden wir von Elisa mit Bruscetta, Oliven und selbstgepressten Olivenöl empfangen. Sehr nett! Überhaupt stand Elisa jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und gab noch kulinarische Tipps. Insgesamt stehen 2 Doppelbetten (eines davon ist ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer!) sowie ein Doppelstockbett für Kinder zur Verfügung. Für Familien mit bis zu vier Kindern oder für max. vier Erwachsene ist das Ferienhäuschen optimal. Alles ist recht klein, aber man will in der Toskana ja auch viel unterwegs sein - oder!?! Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick und kann mit dem Fernglas (ist vor Ort vorhanden) sogar den schiefen Turm von Pisa sehen. Es ist sehr still, man hört abends nur ein paar Stimmen im Tal. Auf der Tereasse kann man jederzeit wunderbar speisen, dank ausfahrbarem Sonnenschutz auch tagsüber. Ein Grill lädt zum Outdoor-Zubereiten von Fleisch und Gemüse. Im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern ist jeweils eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, so dass man es sich (nachts) schön kühl machen kann. Mückengitter vor jedem Fenster erleichtern das Leben deutlich ;-) Insgesamt ein wirklich überzeugendes Feriendomizil, das wir gerne wieder buchen!
